We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator Assistant to join our team at FIRST STEP ELEVATOR PRIVATE LIMITED. As an Operations Coordinator Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires 5 days of work per week, with working hours from 0830hrs to 1730hrs. You will be required to perform various tasks such as preparing DOs, POs, and invoices, answering queries and feedback, and maintaining accurate bookkeeping records. Additionally, you will be expected to possess strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, and be proficient in using QuickBooks.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A strong understanding of administration, accounting, and prosecution principles is also essential. In addition, you should be able to learn quickly and adapt to new situations. We prefer female candidates who are Singaporean or PR holders. Moreover, you should be able to commute easily to our location nearby MRT Town area.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is SGD $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
