Key Responsibilities
The Operations & Sales Executive will be responsible for:
• Handling international shipping procedures and customs requirements
• Maintaining proper documentation for freight and shipping
• Tracking goods and troubleshooting any issues to prevent delays
• Acting as the main contact for both customers and transporters, ensuring smooth communication
• Effectively communicating with customers, airlines, and agents to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
• Expanding and maintaining relationships with key accounts in the Asian market
• Taking on additional tasks assigned by management as needed

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Import/Export/Transshipment operations
• A GCE 'N' / 'O' Level, NITEC, or Diploma
• Proficiency in relevant software/systems
• Strong communication skills, including proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays as needed
