About the Role

Responsible for conducting outbound calls to customers to achieve cross-sell targets. You'll inspire meaningful connections with customers and partners, delivering purpose-led brand positioning and messaging across all channels.

Your Key Tasks
  1. Conduct telemarketing calls to leads provided by partners to achieve sales targets.
  2. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to them.
  3. Convert leads to sales through telemarketing activities.

We require individuals with a minimum of 'O' Level or higher qualification, and prior experience in call centre and/or telemarketing/telesales within the financial industry.
