">Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate the operations of our housekeeping team. As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, assigning tasks to Room Attendants, dispatching House Attendants and Runners to fulfill guest requests, and supporting the overall efficiency of the housekeeping department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate housekeeping operations to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Assign tasks to Room Attendants and monitor their progress
- Dispatch House Attendants and Runners to fulfill guest requests
- Support the administrative requirements of the departments
Requirements
To be successful as a Housekeeping Coordinator, you will need:
- A post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Mature candidates or fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Working experience in an international hotel chain is an advantage
- A keen eye for detail and strong work ethic
- Good organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, and manage a dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Written and spoken fluency in English
- Fluency in another language is an advantage
