Our organization seeks a dedicated and skilled professional to fill the APAC Strategy Associate position. This role is centered around strategic planning, operational management, and performance tracking across multiple countries.

  • Contribute to setting and managing country-level KPIs and performance monitoring
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational data across APAC nations
  • Identify and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights based on operational data
  • Develop strategic reports and presentation materials for meetings with Country General Managers (GMs) and Business Development leaders
  • Support regional performance review, planning processes, and business system enhancements
  • Participate in or lead cross-functional projects related to operational improvement and regional alignment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; candidates with advanced degrees or international experience are advantageous
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or corporate planning
