Tile Setter Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Tile Setter to join our team.


Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Cut and shape tiles to fit around obstacles using power tools.
  • Form tile beds using various materials such as concrete, plaster, and mastic.
  • Align tiles with precision and accuracy to ensure even patterns.
  • Install, polish, and surface granite and marble tiles.
  • Prepare surfaces for tiling by cleaning and applying waterproofing material or lath.
  • Create decorative designs by laying mosaic tiles in kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms.
  • Tap tiles into place carefully to adhere them to the base.
  • Follow blueprints precisely and measure surfaces that need to be tiled.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Able to work independently and on weekends.

Excellent forecasting, inventory, and scheduling skills.

Proficient in cement, hospitality industry, and customer service.

Strong accounting and cashiering skills.

Knowledge of Japanese language and culture.
