The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of success in premium sales, with the ability to develop and execute targeted sales strategies that drive growth and revenue.
Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Utilize industry knowledge and market trends to identify high-value sales opportunities and develop tailored approaches to capture them.
- Client Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by delivering bespoke product demonstrations, consultations, and ownership solutions that meet the unique needs of high-net-worth clients.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of luxury EV market developments and provide strategic feedback to enhance brand positioning and product desirability.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate lasting relationships with high-value clients by anticipating their needs and delivering post-purchase follow-up that exceeds expectations.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and confidential customer and sales records using CRM tools.
- Minimum 3–5 years of premium or luxury automotive sales experience (EV experience highly preferred).
- Strong track record of engaging high-net-worth clients and achieving top-tier sales results.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of Singapore's luxury automotive market and emerging EV trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
