Job Description

A highly experienced Automation Systems Development Lead is sought after to join a cutting-edge team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of industrial automation systems and a proven track record of delivering complex projects.

This role involves leading the development of automation solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and implementing control system programming, SCADA integration, and industrial communication protocols.

  • Focusing on control system programming, SCADA integration, and industrial communication protocols.
  • Designing, developing, testing, and debugging PLC-related control logic for operations using platforms such as Beckhoff TwinCAT, Rockwell Studio 5000, Siemens TIA Portal/Step 7, and Yokogawa.
  • Handling implementation and maintenance of industrial comms protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • No less than 10 years of experience in automation systems development, with expertise in Beckhoff TwinCAT, Rockwell Studio 5000, Siemens TIA Portal/Step 7, and Yokogawa.
  • Proficiency in Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram (FBD).
  • Familiarity with SCADA systems (e.g., WinCC, Ignition, Wonderware).
  • Knowledge of industrial networking and communication protocols.
