Wealth Management Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Private Wealth Management Asia Asset Transfer and Authentication team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of high-priority client transactions and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review client payment due diligence functions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Wealth Management Professionals, Private Wealth Advisors, Business Management, Legal, and Compliance, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the trade and settlement lifecycle.
- Perform risk management functions, including authentication and validation, to safeguard client assets and prevent external fraud risks.
- Reconcile incoming client cash and work with operational teams to ensure flawless execution of high-priority client transactions.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and mitigate risk, and develop solutions to strengthen the control environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of work experience in financial services, preferably in Treasury functions, Asset Transfers, and/or Custody related Services.
- Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese (verbal) is an added advantage, as this role will involve callback authentication to Mandarin/Cantonese speaking clients in Singapore, Hong Kong, and China.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with clients, business counterparts, and internal stakeholders.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a high level of self-initiative to challenge and improve processes.
