Job Description:

Ensure seamless patient journeys throughout procedures by efficiently arranging Operating Theatre and Endoscopy Centre lists, and completing daily scheduling tasks in a timely manner.

  • Efficiently arrange Operating Theatre and Endoscopy Centre lists
  • Confirm all procedural appointments with patients for surgical areas
  • Provide detailed information and financial guidance to patients regarding scheduled procedures
  • Offer solutions and advice on patient enquiries
Administrative Responsibilities:

Collaborate with department stakeholders to ensure patient satisfaction. Maintain the Surgical Call Centre's readiness during downtime periods, with resources available at the clinic.
