Logistics Associate Job Overview:

About this role:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Logistics Associate to support our project and warehouse operations. This individual will transport renovation materials, tools, and equipment between the warehouse, suppliers, and project sites across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely transport goods, materials, and equipment to and from various locations.
  • Ensure timely delivery and collection according to project schedules.
  • Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
  • Verify delivery orders and ensure items match the documentation.
  • Perform basic vehicle checks and report any issues promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of company vehicles.
  • Assist with occasional ad-hoc warehouse or logistics tasks when not driving.
  • Follow all road safety regulations and company SOPs.
Requirements:
  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of delivery or driving experience, preferably in construction, renovation, or logistics.
  • Familiarity with Singapore roads and navigation tools.
  • Able to lift heavy objects and comfortable with manual loading/unloading work.
  • Punctuality, responsibility, and commitment to safety and professionalism.
  • Basic communication skills in English; ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage for dealing with site teams or suppliers.
