Warehouse Operations Specialist

As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This involves verifying and inspecting incoming deliveries against orders, reporting any discrepancies or damages to supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Processing Goods: Verify and inspect incoming deliveries against orders, reporting any discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
  • Stock Management: Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts, updating inventory records accurately in the system.
  • Picking and Packing: Pick, pack, and label items based on customer orders, preparing goods for delivery and organizing them according to schedules.
  • Delivery Coordination: Assist in planning drivers' schedules and coordinate delivery routes, communicating with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Inventory Replenishment: Assist in ordering stock as needed to fulfill customer orders.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading goods onto/from delivery vans as required.

Requirements:

  • GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or equivalent.
  • Prior warehouse experience preferred.
