Job Title: Human Resources and Administrative Assistant
\We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized candidate to support our human resources and administrative functions. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to multitask effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.
\The role will involve supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, maintaining and updating employee records and databases, organizing company events and training sessions, and providing general administrative support.
\Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting in recruitment processes including job postings, interview scheduling and candidate coordination;\
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases;\
- Organizing company events, training sessions and employee engagement initiatives;\
- Providing administrative support including office supplies management, mail handling and filing.\

Requirements:
\- \
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field;\
- Strong interest in HR and operations;\
- Proactive, well-organized and able to multitask effectively;\
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;\
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).\
