**Job Title: Digital Media Strategist**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to drive growth within the media and digital sectors across the region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with regional partners, contribute to the expansion of content-related businesses, and support innovative digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Media Business:
    • Oversee and manage a flagship media program, including maintaining strong relationships with media partners, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Lead brand management efforts and ensure continuous enhancement of program content and relevance.
    • Explore and develop new business opportunities within the content and entertainment space, particularly leveraging Japanese Intellectual Property (IP).
    • Collaborate with regional teams in Malaysia, Vietnam, and Indonesia to identify and support media business initiatives across markets.
  • Digital Business:
    • Contribute to the sales and partnership development of our digital ventures, including supporting growth opportunities with an invested System Integrator (SI) company.
    • Drive new business initiatives through strategic collaborations and innovative partnership models.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Background in media and/or digital sectors is advantageous.
  • Strong passion and keen interest in media, content, and digital innovation.
  • High proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken) to effectively liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and regional group companies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver business results.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately once a month).
