**Job Title:** Business Development Manager
OverviewOur organization seeks a seasoned business development expert to spearhead the growth of our Audio Visual (AV) and Video Conferencing (VC) vertical. This strategic role combines business development, solutioning, and project execution expertise to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end sales cycles for AV/VC solutions, including prospecting, qualifying, proposing, and closing.
- Develop strong relationships with enterprise clients, AV/VC principals, vendors, and ecosystem partners.
- Identify white spaces and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Spearhead go-to-market strategies for the AV/VC vertical.
- Monitor market trends, client pain points, and competitor activity to inform solution and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales kits, pitch decks, and product training.
- Work closely with presales, solution architects, and project teams to design fit-for-purpose AV/VC solutions.
- Ensure proper scoping and delivery planning for projects, including installation, setup, support, and post-sales handover.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to refine offerings and enhance customer experiences.
- Represent the AV/VC business in leadership meetings, forecasting reviews, and strategy discussions.
- Drive product bundling opportunities with other ICT products.

- 5+ years of experience in AV/VC sales, consulting, or business leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of AV/VC technologies, market dynamics, and client use cases.
- Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, commercial acumen, and consultative selling skills.
- Experience with AV/VC brands and platforms, including Logitech, Poly, Yealink, Jabra, Neat, Kandao, Huddly, Crestron, AMX, Extron, Q-SYS, Barco, Shure, Biamp, Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Google Meet Hardware, Cisco Webex, and others.
