Job Description:

The role of a Child Development Educator is crucial in fostering the holistic growth and development of young children. In this position, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging lesson plans and activities that cater to the diverse needs of children aged 0-6 years old.

As a Child Development Educator, you will work closely with other educators to create a stimulating environment that promotes social-emotional learning, motor skills development, creativity, language skills, and numeracy. Your expertise in incorporating storytelling, songs, art, play, and hands-on learning experiences into daily routines will be essential in making learning fun and interactive for the children.

Responsibilities include observing, assessing, and documenting each child's developmental progress and milestones, as well as providing routine care such as feeding, toileting, diapering (for infants/toddlers), and ensuring children's health, hygiene, and safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • ECDA Certified - Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)
  • LON - EY2
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and caring demeanor
