Job Title: Depot Tank Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Depot Tank Coordinator to join our Operations team at STOLT CONTAINER TERMINAL PTE LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our tank containers and terminals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update SAP systems for TLS tank lagging and GR/GI tank movements
  • Conterm updating for tank movement status
  • Prepare laden tank EIR documents, B/L, CofA, and other necessary documents
  • Obtain SES numbers for laden tank invoices from the SAP system
  • Report to the Depot Manager on any improper procedures or arrangements
  • Scan and file documents
  • Provide backup support for the Operations Coordinator
  • Assist the Admin Manager with administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Nitec in Business Administration or related discipline, or GCE 'O' Level with 2 years of relevant experience
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in handling Operations and administration work
  • Able to liaise with customers and truckers
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP is preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Willingness to work in Jurong Island, with company transport provided
