Culinary Specialist
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering high-quality food.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Chef to prepare and serve food within the agreed standards. They will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve food according to the agreed standards
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Carry out other kitchen-related duties as assigned
- At least 2 years of experience in Asian and Western cuisine and food preparation
- Ability to communicate effectively in simple English
- Basic knowledge of menu costing
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
