Cosmetic Aesthetic Therapist Opportunity

Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer service: registration, screening patients, queue management, preparation, dispensing medications, invoicing, collection, and payment.
  • Rendering excellent patient care and customer service through phone calls, messages, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Assisting doctors with cosmetic surgical medical procedures.
  • Evaluating clients' beauty needs.
  • Providing facial and body treatments.
  • Performing massage techniques on clients' faces and backs.
  • Ensuring the clinic environment is clean and welcoming to patients.
  • Administrative duties such as claims submissions and paperwork.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable working with technology and computer applications.
  • Phlebotomy skills and wound management experience are highly valued.
  • Nursing certification and relevant qualification in cosmetic beauty therapy are added advantages.
  • Able to work 5.5 days a week, 44 hours, with weekend off.
