About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide permanent and temporary hair removal treatments, including electrolysis, laser hair removal, and waxing.
  • Suggest guidelines on personal skincare regimes to promote healthy skin and prevent ingrown hairs.
  • Cross-sell beauty therapies and products to enhance client experiences and increase revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records of client treatments and stock levels.
  • Ensure all workstations and tools are clean and sterile at all times.
Requirements
  • Certification in cosmetology or aesthetic-related field (no experience required).
  • Strong creative skills, with the ability to think outside the box and provide innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming approach.
  • Steady and dexterous hands, with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
