Credit Control Professional Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill a key role within our organization as a Credit Control Assistant. This entry-level position involves diligently following up on aging debts from customers via phone calls, emails or letters.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, be proficient in MS Excel, and have the ability to effectively coordinate with internal and external debt collectors on outstanding payments and account statements.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Following up on all aging debts from customers via phone calls, emails or letters.
  • Collaborating with internal and external debt collectors on the statement of outstanding payments.
  • Preparing AR Statements of accounts and conducting AR aging analysis to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitoring credit limits for customers and timely reporting of delinquent accounts to management.
  • Handling AR billing duties.
  • Verifying performance invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Performing other assigned tasks by management.
