Job Opportunity: Store Operations Assistant

We are an expanding food and beverage business seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the role of Store Operations Assistant. If you have a passion for F&B and a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate POS system, handle payments, and prepare food/beverages according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Prepare food and desserts according to SOP, ensuring quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
  • Greet and serve customers, handle feedback positively, and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Manage inventory, assist with all store duties, and perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Support colleagues and participate in team efforts to achieve business goals.
  • Sometimes supervise staff, manage store operations, stock, and scheduling.

Requirements:

  • No experience required - comprehensive training provided.
  • Willing to work in hot environments, handle equipment, and rotate across all store areas.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and ability to work six days a week.
