Job Title: Cloud Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced cloud systems engineer to fill a key role in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud platforms, Linux system administration, and automation.

  • Manage and maintain container clusters across various business lines using cloud services.
  • Build and enhance infrastructure operation platforms, including infrastructure management, CI/CD, monitoring/alerting, and logging systems.
  • Respond quickly to incidents and implement effective solutions to minimize service disruption.
  • Ensure high availability of production services by continuously optimizing system architecture, deployment strategies, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices for infrastructure as code and service reliability.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in systems operations or cloud engineering.
  • Proficiency with major public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their respective services.
  • Strong Linux system administration skills with extensive experience in day-to-day maintenance operations.
  • Advanced scripting abilities using Shell/Python for automation and operational tasks.
  • Deep understanding of internet technology architecture and performance optimization for common software.
  • Extensive experience with Kubernetes and Docker technologies, including production-level container cluster operations.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI and ArgoCD.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with team objectives.
