Recreational Coordinator Job Description

As a Recreational Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the indoor and outdoor Kids Club areas are always safe, fun, and educational for all guests.

We are looking for someone with experience in managing children's hands-on activities, preferably in a resort or hotel environment. They should also possess strong communication and engagement skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively with both international and domestic travelers.

The ideal candidate will have a 5-day work week, learning and development opportunities, medical and insurance coverage, employee discounts, duty meals, and shuttle bus services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Play area management of indoor and outdoor kids club spaces
  • Provide an engaging and secure experience for all guests
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols
  • Handle guest queries in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain high service standards
  • Requirements:
  • Previous experience in children's activity management
  • Similar role experience in resorts or hotels preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
