Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Executive to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our site buildings and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance and repair of critical systems, including ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and lifts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve facility efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on facility performance and any areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary education in facilities management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including CMMS for asset tracking and work order management.
