Job Title: Senior Culinary Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team as a Senior Culinary Expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of dishes, including traditional Bangladeshi cuisine.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment, preferably in Singapore or Bangladesh. They must be skilled at calculating food costings and controlling costs to minimize wastage.

Additionally, they should be able to manage large-scale catering operations for up to 5500 pax daily and oversee all kitchen staff arrangements.

Working long hours is also a requirement of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and presenting a variety of dishes, including traditional Bangladeshi cuisine
  • Managing large-scale catering operations for up to 5500 pax daily
  • Overseeing all kitchen staff arrangements

Requirements:
