Supply Chain Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Supply Chain Coordinator to join our organization. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient production and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate closely with customer service, production, R&D, warehouse, and plating subcontractor to optimize machine and manpower utilization.
  • Prepare open orders report for operation meeting on a weekly basis.
  • Issue work orders and monitor status, coordinating with production if delivery dates are compromised.
  • Ensure raw materials are promptly issued and coordinate with purchasing for new requirements.
  • Maintain agreed safety stocks and ensure all work orders are in order before closing.

Requirements:

  • “O” Level or Professional Certificate/NiTEC qualification
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations
  • Knowledge in SAP system
  • Ability to adjust work hours occasionally to accommodate urgent tasks or deadlines
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking colleagues
