Job Opportunity: Architectural Designer

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our organization.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing construction drawings, including shop drawing submissions and approvals. They will work closely with a team of BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works, supervising work progress on site, and liaising closely with consultants, sub-contractors, and operation teams.

The role involves tendering work, requiring the ability to read and understand construction drawings. The successful candidate will have project experience in buildings/hotels and possess excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing construction drawings and ensuring they meet building regulations
  • Working collaboratively with BIM Modellers to achieve design objectives
  • Supervising work progress on site and addressing any issues that arise
  • Liaising with consultants, sub-contractors, and operation teams to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture with a minimum 3 years' relevant experience
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings
  • Project experience in buildings/hotels
  • Meticulous, highly motivated, and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
