ExxonMobil Fuel Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Fuel Operations Coordinator to join our team at ExxonMobil Corporation.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating oil product movements and managing fuel supply reliability to ExxonMobil refineries, chemical plants, affiliates, terminals, and customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with teams to optimize oil product logistics and ensure timely deliveries;
- Coordinating loading and discharge orders, blending optimization, surveyor nominations, and documentation instructions;
- Working with departments to vet vessels and secure payments and security clearances;
- Maintaining productive relationships with terminals, suppliers, customers, surveyors, and internal stakeholders;
- Participating in projects, business initiatives, business reviews, and supporting process enhancements;
- Utilizing data analytics to gain market insights and identify marine or logistics improvement opportunities;
- Managing transactional systems to ensure shipment data is updated in a timely manner for invoicing and payment;
- Supporting inventory management, product blending, freight optimization, product quality management, and supply chain issue resolution.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree from a recognized university with minimum three years of work experience in oil cargo operations;
- A degree in Chemical Engineering will be an advantage;
- Prior work experience in blending operations will be an advantage;
- Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
As a leading energy corporation, ExxonMobil offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
