Job Title: Business Development and Partnerships Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development and Partnerships Manager. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to grow corporate ticket packages, VIP memberships, and group sales.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, ideally within hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle venues. They should have a strong corporate network and be able to engage with decision-makers at senior levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow corporate ticket packages, VIP memberships, and group sales.
  • Lead outreach to corporations, institutions, and partners to secure bulk ticketing, sponsorship-linked packages, and corporate entertainment deals.
  • Drive venue hire and event space sales by cultivating relationships with agencies, corporates, and private clients.
  • Build and manage membership programmes tailored for affluent audiences, UHNWIs, and corporate partners.
  • Monitor sales performance, set targets, and prepare regular reporting on pipeline and revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams to develop tailored proposals, campaigns, and client experiences.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to expand business opportunities.
