The role of Executive (Support) is responsible for providing administrative and management support to various part-time courses under the Continuing Education and Training Department.
This position involves handling intake activities such as publicity, class enrolment, and correspondence with stakeholders including applicants, sponsoring companies, trainers, and government agencies on course and funding matters.
You will also be involved in compiling and analysing intake information, including surveys. Additionally, you will handle student information, course enquiries, and multitask to meet tight deadlines while being proficient in MS Office.
What We Are Looking For / Qualifications- A relevant experience in handling course administration matters is essential.
- A team player with strong analytical and communication skills is required.
- Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and proficiency in MS Office are must-haves.
- Familiarity with graphics software systems would be an advantage.
