Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Crew member to join our team. As a Service Crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle cashiering, food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and multi-tasking in retail replenishing
  • Drive sales and profitability by ensuring overall food quality, ingredients preparation, and managing inventory
  • Responsible for stacking, displaying, and replenishing products on shelves, as well as monitoring expiry dates and shelf lives of products
  • Required to assist in loading and unloading of goods, maintain neat and systematic storing of products, and perform daily housekeeping
  • Provide prompt, helpful, and courteous service to customers at all times
Requirements:
  • Able to carry a load of 10KG and climb ladders for stock replenishment
  • Ability to read and understand product labels
  • Service-oriented and team player
Work Hours (Full-Time):
  • Rotating shifts: 7am - 3.20pm & 3pm
  • 6 days/week including weekends and public holidays
