Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technology processes, identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancements.
- Develop and maintain data models and data flows to support business needs and technology solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to understand requirements, design solutions for data and process related problems, and ensure delivery of projects and initiatives.
- Monitor data quality, data governance and data security to ensure regulatory compliance and integrity of data.
- Support development and implementation of technology solutions for corporate banking products including cash management, trade finance, lending and deposits.
- 5-10 years of experience in Tech Business Analyst role for business process & technology change within financial institutions.
- Domain knowledge and work experience on Securities Trading and Settlement will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Agile methodologies.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving skills.
- Able to translate user requirements and analysis into technical requirements, and solution to meet objectives.
- A self-starter and learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status quo.
- Detail oriented and able to join the dots for bigger picture.
- Candidates should be self-starters, able to multi-task, and be comfortable working with technical and business teams and should always demonstrate DBS PRIDE Values.
- Demonstrate team work ethic and dynamic attitude through effective interaction with all people involved in the programme across Business, Operations and Technology Teams.
