Job Description:
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry and Operations Part Timer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data related to customer orders, supplier data, inventory records, and leads. Additionally, you will help set up an inventory system to properly display and store our products. This is an excellent opportunity for students or individuals looking to gain experience in a dynamic custom product design and B2B wholesale environment.

Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain a system to store and display inventory.
Set up and maintain a system to store customer details and supplier data.
Accurately enter customer details, supplier data and inventory records into the systems.
Perform lead sourcing by researching and collecting contact information for potential clients, and entering this information into the system.
Ensure data integrity and consistency.
Assist with data management and organisation to support our operational processes.
Collaborate with team members to resolve any data discrepancies or issues.

Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic data entry software
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in data entry or a similar role is a plus but not required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required
