Job Description

1) Prepare proposal and budget estimates for new contracts / tenders.
2) Develop, review and monitor the compliance of the tender and contracts policies and guidelines, in line with the industry's best practice.
3) Liaise and negotiate with clients, vendors, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants on project requirement.
4) Work closely with tender team in preparation of tender submission.
5) A great eyes for details in evaluating quotation, assess variation order (VO), escalation, abortive work, measure quantities / taking off and accounts finalization.

Job Requirements :

1) Minimum Diploma in Engineering, preferably majoring in Electrical or M&E.
2) Strong interpersonal skills with prior cost estimation experience in a M&E construction environment.
3) Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to critically analyze issues and creatively identify solutions.
4) High level of initiative, independent and meticulous.
5) Able to work under tight deadlines.
6) At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
7) Well versed in Ms Excel, AutoCAD.
8) Preferably able to use BIM software like Revit/ Cubicost.
