Generate Invoices for Lease Sales – Newly Comm System & Modification.; Key Products Billings.
Prepare Documents for Contract Termination of Company System Package, Including Generate Credit Note to Refund Subscription Fee and Deposit , Dismantling Charges etc;
Confirmation of Security Deposit Collected from Customers
Maintain Customers’ / Clients’ Accounts Aging Report / Debts Report for Management Reporting.
Prepare Statement of Account (SOA) and Send to Customers on Timely Basis;
Arrange for GIRO Application to be Sent to Bank for Approval and Follow Up to Update Status in Accounting System.
Assist in Coordinating and Resolving Internal and External Disputes; & Other Finance Related Assignments
