**Responsibilities:

  • Generate invoices for company I.T. services products lease sales, including newly installed systems and modifications.
  • Generate ad-hoc invoices for key billing on our electronic digital products.
  • Prepare documents for termination of system, including generating credit notes to refund subscription fees and deposits, and generating invoices for dismantling charges.
  • Generate monthly aged account receivable reports and prepare monthly delinquent debts reports for management reporting.
  • Arrange for GIRO applications to be sent to banks for approval and prepare statements of account (SOA) to be sent to customers on a timely basis.
  • Update the company's accounting system.
  • Assist in coordinating and resolving internal and external disputes involving accounts, including confirmation of security deposits.
  • Collect customer and invoice requests.

**Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and accounting systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
