Description of Key Job Duties:

  • Client Communication Support: Facilitate effective communication between sales team and clients, ensuring smooth transactions regarding payments, deliveries, and any other client inquiries or concerns.
  • Internal Systems Coordination: Assist our sales team in navigating our internal company system (ERP or SF), ensuring accurate and timely data entry, retrieval to support sales efforts.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate and monitor shipments, deliveries, and other logistical aspects of our operations, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery to our clients.
  • Contract negotiation: Collaboratively engage in contract negotiations alongside sales, diligently documenting proceedings until order fulfillment, and ensure seamless sharing of all pertinent documents, encompassing shipping records, bidding documentation, and more.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by superiors, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our operations.

Skills Requirement:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in international Trade or a related field, providing a solid foundation in global commerce and business practices.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales coordination role, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales support functions and processes.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Chinese (Chinese-Optional) in order to liaise with clients and Chinese counterparties.
  • Strong Coordination Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate tasks across multiple teams and departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to achieve common goals.
  • Business Trip : Willingness to travel to India to support sales activities and strengthen client relationships.
