Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our expanding Servicing team. The Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in facilitating seamless communication between the entire sales team, clients, and various internal departments. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Support: Assist the team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
    Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders.
    Maintain organized sales documentation and records.
  2. Client Interaction: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues promptly.
    Communicate with clients to confirm orders, delivery schedules, and other relevant details.
    Gather client feedback and relay it to the sales team for continuous improvement.
  3. Order Processing: Process and track sales orders from inception to completion, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
    Coordinate with various internal departments, such as logistics and finance, to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.
  4. Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
    Provide regular updates to the sales team regarding key performance indicators.
  5. Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of sales events, conferences, and product launches.
    Coordinate travel arrangements for the sales team as needed.
  6. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and maintaining calendars.
    Organize and maintain inventory of sales materials, promotional items, and marketing collateral.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales coordinator or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
