Team Introduction Our foreign exchange management team is responsible for global cash management, improving capital income under the premise of ensuring the safety and adequacy of funds and is also responsible for global exchange rate and interest rate risk management for Bytedance group. Responsibilities: 1. Be responsible for the global fund / cash management of the group, pay attention to the policies, rules, and market operations related to fund settlement in different countries/markets, give risk assessment, impact, and corresponding strategies, and formulate and optimize the global fund management system and process. 2. Develop and implement strategies for effective cash management across different countries and regions to ensure proper funding of its ongoing operations. 3. According to business needs, especially non-China business needs, complete fund management-related work such as fund collection and payment plan support, settlement security control, efficiency improvement, and cost reduction. 4. Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks associated with overseas operations. 5. Global fund liquidity management, including the construction of the fund pool, allocation strategy, fund budget and monitoring, to ensure the adequacy, efficiency, and safety of funds. 6. Promote the realization of fund system-related work. 7. Lead and manage the cash management team, providing direction and support in achieving departmental and organizational goals. 8. Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other external partners.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: 1. Significant experience in managing overseas cash, ideally in a leadership role. 2. Proven track record of successful overseas cash management in multiple countries and regions, In-depth knowledge of global treasury operations and best practices. 3. Ability to lead and manage a cash management team effectively with experience in setting strategic direction and goals for the cash management function. 4. Possessing keen market insight, good logical analysis skills, and risk awareness. Preferred Qualifications: 1. 10 or above years of working experience in treasury operations, including at least 5 years of experience in cross-border and global fund management. 2. Excellent teamwork and communication skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
