In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. Responsibilities - Lead to building the Global Payment Treasury Center infrastructure, designing and implementing liquidity product solutions and facilitating the new business fund flows for various Tiktok businesses. - Responsible for building Liquidity Forecasting models to ensure the daily fund operation of licensed payment entities, through effective forecasting and fund planning. - Thoroughly understanding the Customer Fund functions and liquidity management of a licensed payment company, with good problem-solving ideas and product driven mindset. - Work closely with the Customer Fund/Treasury team to provide efficient liquidity automation strategies and solutions, and solve the liquidity shortage situation in common situations - Experience in banking cash management and liquidity pool product is a plus

Qualifications- Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or above relevant working experience in Financial Institutions or Payment Institutions, relevant product design experience is preferred - Familiar with the liquidity function requirement of payment institutions, have strong mathematical analysis and processing capabilities, and have the ability to build products from 0-1 - With Always Day 1 attitude, able to cope with challenges and pressures well - Self-driven and able to maintain a high degree of teamwork ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
