• Able to troubleshoot and identify Splunk issue relating to performance and searches.

• The Middleware Administrator is responsible for building, deploying, and supporting J2EE architecture applications using IBM, Oracle, Opensource and other widely used middleware products.
The ideal candidate should have at least eight or more years of experience with a large enterprise infrastructure hosted on Unix & window flavours.
Responsibilities:
• Involve and contribute in technical solution design, development, deployment/cutover, and implementation - covering all technical aspects of the program's implementation lifecycle
• Provide hands-on technical solutions to business challenges & translates them into process/technical solutions.
• Design, development and delivery of WAS/WebLogic/Tomcat application including Clustering through network deployment.
• Interpret requirements, performs highly complex analyses and presents options and recommendations to obtain desired results.
• Develop advanced technological/automation ideas to reduce the manual touch points from the build stage
• Work under minimal supervision in layouts, product support, devices, methods or procedure
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Proficient in WebSphere Application Server ND 8.5/ 9.x, IBM HTTP Server 8.5/9.x, WebLogic & Oracle Http Server 11g/ 12c, Tomcat 8.x/ 9.x
• WAS Scripting Knowledge
• Proficiency in working on Linux/Unix and Windows system
• Expertise in WebSphere Liberty, Deploy support (RLM) and Ansible Support
• Experience in Monitoring tools
• Basic knowledge of Unix / Linux (RHEL) / Basic Bash Scripting.
• Experience managing upgrading and patching Apache deployments is required
• Experience managing upgrading and patching other Middleware deployments is required
• Experience installing configuring performance tuning and troubleshooting Middleware software is highly desirable
• Experience in a Linux/UNIX/Windows distributed enterprise environment is required.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.

Job Description

Possess a bachelor's degree (with 5+ years of relevant experience) or master's degree (with 2+ years of relevant experience) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Programming languages: Python, SQL
SQL proficiency in any of the common relational database platforms, e.g. Oracle, MS SQL, etc.
Data transformations, data structures, metadata, workload management.
Object Oriented software design and/or development and building distributed systems.
Data analytics and data visualization experience.

Job Description• Design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements and best practices.
• Lead and mentor development teams in implementing ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, and others.
• Perform technical analysis, configuration, integration, and customization of ServiceNow platform components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and create implementation plans.
• Provide expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting, workflows, integrations, and reporting.
• Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of ServiceNow applications and infrastructure.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
Qualifications  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture, development, and implementation.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform components, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, CMDB, Discovery, and Integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Studio, ATF, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in consulting or client-facing roles is a plus.
• Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency preferred.
