Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for work pass applications, renewal and cancellation including arrange for repatriation of workers.
  • Sourcing of manpower to meet manpower needs including follow-up with recruitment agency and foreign worker directly.
  • Maintaining of personnel records and ensure filing are up-to-date.
  • Support the training and development needs of employees by processing and administering the full spectrum of training, seminar, course and programme.
  • Full payroll processing for foreign workers.
  • Preparation of payroll report, manpower report and other reports as and when required.
  • Assist in implementation and maintaining of ISO quality system
  • Monitor and communicate with employees on staff matters
  • In Charge of general office administration.

Requirements :

. Diploma or Degree in Human Resources

. Minimum 3 years as a HR Generalist with payroll processing experience

. Prefer candidates who has minimum 3 years experience in Construction Sector

. Able to work independently with minimum supervision

. Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices

. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

. Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll software

. Willing to work at Tuas South (pick up transport provided at Boon Lay MRT)

. Prefer candidates who stay in the West Region Singapore

. Compensation will commensurate with experience
