Job description:
  • Involve in staff recruitment processes, such as job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Efficiently use different recruitment tactics such as recruitment platforms, career website, social media, job boards, headhunting and Linkedin and employee referral to attract talents
  • Manage employee engagement including onboarding, workplace communication and relations
  • Ensure proper records and documentation of issues raised by staff and timely follow up on such matters to facilitate closure of issues
  • Support the management of workplace issues and grievances adhering to company's policies & procedures
  • Facilitate training program for staff
  • Constantly identify areas of improvements in human resource and payroll department.
  • Liaise with government agencies for grants, subsidies and other government support
  • Assist in foreign workers related matters including application, renewal and cancellation of work permits, arranging for their medical checkups, renewal of passports, registering their residence address on OFWAS and application of entry and exit permits.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office stationery, printed materials, equipment, and facilities.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Only Singaporeans
  • Minimum 3 years working experiences as a Human Resource Generalist
  • Familiar with work processes related to foreign workers
  • Familiar with Employment Act
  • Able to multi task and work independently
