Corporate Support Executive

Job Overview:
The Corporate Support Executive plays a vital role in facilitating the smooth operation of corporate activities by providing essential support services to various departments. This position involves managing client relationships, supporting corporate operations, ensuring efficient administrative services, and handling specific responsibilities related to HOTO and stand-in duties. The role requires frequent travel within Singapore and is well-suited for an energetic individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the corporate services department, including document preparation, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events and meetings.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise promptly and professionally.
- Monitor the performance of corporate services and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure corporate goals are met.
- Coordinate the handover and takeover (HOTO) processes to ensure seamless transitions in departmental responsibilities.
- Act as a stand-in for administrative site staff during their absence, ensuring continuity of essential functions.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a corporate support role or similar position.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an energetic approach to completing tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in PowerPoint experience in creating professional and engaging presentations is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, consistently displaying high energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex situations.
Preferred Skills:
- Multitasking ability and flexibility to handle various projects simultaneously.
- Extensive experience in PowerPoint, including designing slide decks for corporate presentations and reports.
