Telesales General Insuranc Specialist

Responsibilities
• Call prospects from provided leads, introducing our product offerings.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients by actively following up on leads, engaging in productive conversations, and nurturing relationships.
• Utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively overcome objections and close sales, ensuring a high conversion rate
• Employ consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs, address concerns, and present tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
Requirement
• Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
• Strong persuasive selling skills, with the ability to handle objections effectively and close deals.
• Self-motivated and Results-oriented mindset, driven by a desire to succeed and contribute to the growth of the company.
Salary: $3100 - $3200
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm/9am to 6pm) - shift based.
Location: East
