Job Responsibilities:

  • In charge of finance department operations for General Ledger, General Journals, Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables,
  • Provide timely reporting of monthly closing to management,
  • Possess a strong understanding of AR and AP principles, practices, and procedures,
  • Liaise with various departments, internal and external vendors, and banking facilities,
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements,
  • Develop clear goals that is in line with Management's direction,
  • Monitor cash flow projections and manage payment schedules.
  • Any other job duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma or Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or professional certification (ACCA, CPA).
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in finance roles with a focus on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
  • Relevant experience in construction industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency in using SAP/ERP software will be an advantage.
  • Preferred skill sets: self-driven, resourceful, problem-solving nature, able to meet tight deadline and good conversational/writing skills in English.
  • Willing to work on half day - alternate Saturday.
