If you would like to take up the challenge of purchasing and pricing vehicles with the objective of maximizing profits and minimizing inventory turnover, this is an opportunity for you to set new market standards of purchasing.

Key Responsibilities:

. Infrastructure & Server Support: Ensure network and server stability through maintenance and troubleshooting.

. Perform server/firewall/network maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting. Monitor network performance and address issues proactively.

. Manage, maintain, and update asset inventories, tracking hardware, user access maintenance and software resources.

. Provide L2 technical support to end-users, resolving complex hardware and software issues.

. Coordinate with IT vendors/service providers and hardware and software procurement, maintenance agreements, and support contracts.

. Procurement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify hardware and software requirements. Obtain quotes, create purchase orders, and manage the procurement process.

. Collaborate on regional IT projects for successful execution.

Qualifications:

. Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support with a focus on L2 responsibilities.

. Strong knowledge of infrastructure networks and server technologies LAN & WAN network, security, firewall, Virtual machine, Google, Lark etc.

. Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting, with the ability to resolve complex issues.

. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

. Experience in asset management and procurement processes.

. Vendor management and negotiation skills.

. Relevant certifications is a plus.

. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
