Account Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
- Keep accurate records of the Company's financial transactions
- Manage full set of accounts with financial reports, profits & loss, and balance sheets for the group companies
- Assist in managing accounting matters such as budget preparations, cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and accounts receivable/accounts payable.
- Participate in audit preparations by coordinating with auditors for financial statements and other finance-related documents in order to comply with accounting and tax legal requirements.
- Support the Finance Manager in preparing for future IPO projects
- Liaise with bankers, suppliers, and contractors if necessary
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant fields
- At least 3 years of related experience
- Excellent analytical skills
- Solid understanding of accounting and financial procedures and regulations
- Strong work ethics with the ability to manage confidential data
