Our client's principal activities are to provide Clients with Full Turkey Project Management. This includes engineering, project management through the pre-construction planning, critical path development, construction / fabrication / site management, commissioning and hand over. It has executed a wide range of major projects involving Marine FPSO Conversion/Process Module Construction related to Oil and Gas Industry, Sub-Sea Products, Semi-Submersibles, Repair of Oil Rigs, Pharmaceutical Process Packages and Power Generation Facilities since its foundation in 1990. It is looking for a Planning Superintendent for its HQ office:

Job Highlights:

Responsibilities

. Reporting to the Senior/ Planning Manager.

. Responsible for Planning, monitoring and controlling of the Projects.

. Responsible for L4 schedule/MP Histogram/S Curves/RDC preparation.

. Responsible for the overall weekly/monthly progress report preparation and ensure that it is delivered to the Client in a timely manner.

. Review, Monitor & Analyze the project progress and KPI on weekly basis.

. Attend Client/internal meeting. Highlight Area of concern, critical path and 2 weeks look ahead plan to the project teams

. Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.

. Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project timelines and deliverables.

. Develop contingency plans and work with the project team to mitigate risks.

. Evaluate and assess the impact of any changes to the project scope, schedule or resources.

. Work with the project team to implement changes and update project plan accordingly.

Requirements

. Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

. At least 6 years of experience as Planning Engineer with scope of work in Marine or Oil & Gas Industry

. Experience using Primavera software, P6

. Excellent written and good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork

. Bilingual in English & Chinese to speak with Chinese speaking shareholders, vendors, workers from PRC.

Job Related Information

  • Permanent|5.5 days' work week | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 8am-12pm
  • Head-Office's Location: 45 Gul Rd, Singapore 629350.

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly Basic Salary: Based on expertise, academic qualification and skills
  • OT pay entitlement: OT Flat rate S$8/- per hour
